We loved seeing the different ways they are advertising their loyalty club. Customers really like the mini cards telling them how to join and they can be handed out with a receipt or at the till. Customers can simply text the keyword YUM to 51772 to receive special offers and treats from the Cafe. It's s really simple and effective way to boost your cafe and restaurant marketing.
We have been using MessageHero for several months now and advertise it on our business cards and in our Restaurant. Its a real conversation point and all the customers who have signed up are genuinely interested in the service. We send messages about once a week telling customers about upcoming specials. We find it really useful for special occasions like St Valentines Day or Easter when we are doing something different and want to generate interest. It's really easy to use and all feed back is great so far - we have not had one customer opt out which tells us that it's popular with our customers!
